Whale Shark Migration

Hundreds of Whale Sharks arrive in Isla Mujeres for their annual migration into the plankton rich, beautiful turquoise waters off the Yucatan coast.  These gentle giants can grow up to 40 feet and weigh up 11 tons. While swimming with the whale sharks you may also encounter huge sea turtles, manta rays and three different species of dolphins. This is an amazing opportunity to swim with Whale Sharks in their natural habitat. It is also possible to get certified as a diver on this trip!

Families Welcome!

This trip is open to all kids ages 10 – 18 and their families! If traveling as a family, kids must be at least 5 years old. In addition to snorkeling with the whale sharks, adults can rent golf carts or scooters to tour the island, visit the Mayan archaeological sites, explore the national park, swim with the dolphins, visit the turtle farm or simply enjoy the beach and pool at the hotel! There is something for all ages!
